The size of a ring equals its inner circumference given in millimetres. For example the size 50 matches a finger with a 50mm circumference.

You can find out your size of ring by finding the information on a ring you already own, with the help of a gauge or easily using a measurement tape or a string. Coil it around the finger wearing the ring.

Use a pen to mark your finger circumference on the measurement tape (or the string).

Then simply read the measurement in millimetres. This is your size of ring.
